NJ Phosphorous Bill Resurfaces

HCPA and Chemistry Council of NJ provide testimony and recommendations.

A bill in New Jersey, S 2098, has resurfaced in the State Senate that restricts phosphorus content and requires labeling thereof for household cleaning products.   The bill had a hearing on August 17 for which HCPA collaborated with the Chemistry Council of New Jersey to provide testimony.
